Kickstart Your Career in Auto Finance! Entry-Level Loss Mitigation Representative | $18 / HR | Mon–Fri (7 AM–7 PM)

Looking to break into the financial services industry? CornerStone Staffing is hiring Entry-Level Auto Loss Mitigation Representatives to support delinquent account recovery while helping customers regain control of their loans. If you're a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and ready to build real skills in auto finance—this role is made for you.

Location : DFW Area | Onsite

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts available between 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Type : Temp-to-Hire (W2)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from borrowers behind on payments
  • Analyze financial documentation (income, expenses, hardship details) to identify the right solution
  • Guide customers through repayment plans, loan modifications, and alternative options
  • Accurately document all interactions and ensure timely processing of paperwork
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout each step
  • Escalate complex cases and collaborate with departments like Legal or Servicing when needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or collections experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial data and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office—especially Excel
  • Organized, motivated, and eager to solve problems with empathy
