YOUR IMPACT

Redwood Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the management and execution of various web projects across multiple websites. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in website content management and optimization strategies and experience working with websites in multiple languages. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our digital properties align with business goals, are optimized for user experience and conversion, and are consistently maintained and updated.

As a Web Producer, you will manage website content updates, improve site performance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results. You should be a self-starter, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Website Project Management : Manage and align the end-to-end lifecycle of website projects, (content updates, new page creation, decommissioning pages, etc.), ensuring they meet business goals and timelines.
• Content Posting & Updates : Regularly post and update content on multiple websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and SEO best practices across all web pages.
• Optimization : Work with the CRO and SEO teams to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, constantly analyzing and implementing improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with content, product, design, development, and other teams to ensure a seamless website experience across all touchpoints.
• Web Analytics & Reporting : Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track performance, generate reports, and analyze data for insights that drive continuous improvement.
• Technical Collaboration : Work with web developers to report and troubleshoot basic website issues and escalate as necessary, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
