Now Hiring : 2nd Shift Compounding Technician

Location : Mesquite, TX

Shift : 2nd Shift | Starts at 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $14.00 / hr

Start Date : Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing :

Before Batching Begins :

Clear your area of any previous materials

Ensure all equipment is clean and properly sanitized with tags

Verify all part numbers and raw materials before starting

During Batching :

Follow all compounding instructions precisely

Record actions in the batch log in real-time

Monitor and control mixing speeds and temperatures

Submit samples to QC for testing

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

GMP & Safety Standards :

Wear clean, non-lint-shedding clothing, gloves, and a head covering

No jewelry allowed in production areas (wedding band is the only exception)

Keep all tanks and containers covered and sealed when not in use

Double-check all labels and materials before starting operations

No food, drink, or gum allowed in production or warehouse areas

Report any illness or injury to your supervisor immediately

End-of-Batch Duties :

Fully clean and clear the work area

Report any equipment issues to your supervisor

Use all tools and equipment in a sanitary manner to avoid cross-contamination

What We’re Looking For :

No experience required — on-the-job training is provided

Ability to read and follow detailed instructions

Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios

Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
