Key Responsibilities :

Review individual and small business tax returns for accuracy and compliance

Verify tax forms and calculations, ensuring proper documentation supports tax positions

Provide feedback to tax preparers and collaborate on complex tax issues

Qualifications :

Must have a valid PTIN

3+ years of experience in tax preparation and review, focusing on individual and small business returns

In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or EA preferred

Experience with high volumes of returns and proficiency in tax preparation software
