Please call out if this traveler does not have Epic experience.Guaranteed Hours : In the event of low census Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in 4 hour increments up to 1 shifts worth of hours in a 2 week cycle.For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, Hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods. DOB RTO Please keep RTO to a minimum, cannot accommodate RTO during orientation week Able to submit to 3 jobs at a time Facility is looking for RNs with 2 years of experience, some allied positions will consider 1 year of experience License Compact License or WA single state is acceptable Locals are accepted and no difference in Bill Rate Candidates will float within hospital EPIC experience is a huge plus but not required Background Policy : Please disclose any BG hits, DUIs, etc at time of submission for facility consideration Prior UW staff must be separated from the facility for 18 months before returning as a traveler Two References Required upon submittal.
