About the Opportunity

Global Pacific Support is partnering with a newly established hospice and home care facility in New Jersey to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Medical Doctor . This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its patient care program.

The position will focus on providing medical care in a home care / hospice setting, with an emphasis on wound care. Prior wound care experience is preferred but not required —we will provide comprehensive training for physicians eager to expand their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals in hospice and home care settings.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, including wound care and prevention.
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Support patients and families by providing education and compassionate guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical processes and best practices for the new facility.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree with an active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or home care is a plus.
  • Wound care experience is welcomed but not required—training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an interest in helping build a new program.
