Job Description
The Director, Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise (VSCE) will partner with Visa stakeholders to provide product expertise to our white label banks in North America. The position is responsible participating in cohesive, cross functional Visa teams to foster and maintain strategic relationships with VSCE white label clients to deliver solutions that drive commercial card growth.
The Director is responsible for client engagement and 'voice of the customer' and is accountable for assisting the regions and sales teams with detailed discussions about VSCE. The candidate must understand the clients broader Visa relationship including the use of other Visa products, the overall service experience and can effectively manage issues / escalations.
The ideal candidate has a strong account manager management background that has worked closely with Product teams, can manage short term projects and lead or participate in testing and deployment of new product features.
Essential Functions :
Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with VSCE white label partner banks, focused on :
gaining a deep understanding of their Commercial Card strategy
influence their vision for card technology solutions, consistent with VSCE and other Visa product strategy focus areas
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300.00 to 278,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
