Responsibilities As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project strategies that will exceed client project expectations as you manage day-to-day project-level schedules, financials, and overall execution progress. You will work directly with customers and have project P&L responsibility to include, but not limited to, establishing project budgets, cost and revenue forecasts, variance analysis, AP / AR management, and cash flow management. Qualifications About You : Safety is a part of your day-to-day, ensuring that a project safety culture is the first requirement of a Project Manager. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. You have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. Have 5 years of project management experience in the following knowledge areas : Integration Management, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management, Stakeholder Management. Have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You have intermediate experience in schedule management. You can work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks. Have good verbal and written communication skills. Have precise hand-eye coordination. You have clarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships. You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors. You have the ability to read blueprints accurately. You have the ability to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Have safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field of study. You have 10 or more years of construction project experience. You have 3 or more years of supervisory experience. You have a professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. You are proficient at reading project engineering designs and construction documents accurately. You have a fundamental knowledge of Primavera P6. You have an OSHA 10 Certification. Knowledgeable in OSP fiber optic network engineering and construction best practices, including knowledge of SRI / GIS systems and processes, is preferred but not required.
