Job Duties :

The Department of Surgery at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine, has temporary faculty positions available.

The Faculty positions are available at the titles of Clinical Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor, Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, Teaching Professor, Research Assistant Professor, Research Associate Professor, and Research Professor.

These part-time, temporary faculty positions may have teaching, clinical, research, and administrative duties.

Positions are 12-month, fixed term appointments.

Positions are contingent upon the availability of funds.

Minimum Education / Experience :

• MD, DO, or PhD from an appropriately accredited institution or completed foreign medical education accepted and recognized for ECFMG Certification
• For MD / DO - NC Medical license; board certified in appropriate discipline

License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation :

Clinical Faculty - NC medical license required for those providing patient care.
