The Role

As Managing Director , you’ll oversee the organization’s Cleveland operations — balancing strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership. You’ll have full accountability for P&L, growth, compliance, and team performance across home health and hospice service lines.

• Lead financial, operational, and quality outcomes for multiple service lines.
