Responsibilities

• Provide 16 hours per week of skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care in alignment with the Physician’s Plan of Treatment (PPOT).
• Feeding tube management (G-tube)
• Breathing treatments and suctioning as needed
• Vital signs monitoring and respiratory assessment
• Medication administration (if applicable)
• Diaper changes, repositioning, and daily comfort measures
• Maintain clear communication and punctuality with the patient’s family and Opulent Private Care Services
• Support the family’s routine and ensure continuity of care in the absence of primary staff (backup coverage as needed)
