What Youll Do

Convert company-generated leads (no cold calls!) into happy long-term clients.

Conduct care assessments and create individualized care plans that meet each clients needs.

Partner with scheduling and recruiting teams to fill open shifts quickly and thoughtfully.

Build trusted relationships with referral partners like hospitals senior communities and care coordinators.

Conduct periodic client and caregiver check-ins to ensure satisfaction and continuity.

Use simple tech tools (CRM Google Workspace automation platforms like ChatGPT or Zapier) to stay organized and responsive.

Participate in community events and rotate shared on-call support with the management team.

Experienced in customer service account management healthcare coordination or senior care (preferred but not required).
