This role involves managing complex liability claims across multiple jurisdictions, mentoring team members, and driving strategic claims resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve liability claims efficiently and cost-effectively
• Lead settlement negotiations and manage external adjusters and legal counsel
• Analyze coverage and recommend reserves, including reinsurance and subrogation opportunities
• Prepare clear, concise reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior examiners and serve as a subject matter expert in specific coverage lines or jurisdictions
