Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable part-time Audiovisual Technician to join our team at SNAEP. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audiovisual equipment for meetings, conferences, events, and other hotel activities. You will ensure a seamless experience for all guests and clients by providing technical support and ensuring the highest quality of AV services.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation : Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and lighting for meetings, conferences, banquets, and other events.
• Technical Support : Provide on-site technical support during events, troubleshooting and resolving any AV-related issues promptly.
• Maintenance : Regularly inspect and maintain AV equipment to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Inventory Management : Maintain an inventory of all AV equipment and assist in ordering new equipment as necessary.
• Documentation : Keep accurate records of AV setup and technical issues, including maintenance logs and event feedback.
