What You'll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and configuration specialist for HR systems including SuccessFactors modules, specifically for Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Goals, Succession and Role Based Permissions (RBP)Lead HRIS projects and SuccessFactors implementationsCollaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsProvide mentorship to junior analysts and support change management effortsPerform advanced reporting and data analysis to support business decisionsDrive data integrity and governance through audits and validation processesResearch and assess system releases and upgrades, recommending improvements across HRIS systems including but not limited to SuccessFactors, Visier, Docebo etcBuild and follow established processes consistently while identifying opportunities for optimizationDemonstrate leadership by driving initiatives, influencing outcomes, and fostering accountabilityDrive HRIS tool utilization across organization, conduct UAT, Training etcContribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by being organized, proactive, and solution-focusedWhat You'll Need
SAP SuccessFactors configuration, analysis and support Various modules, including but not limited to Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and goals, Succession and RBP etc35 years of HRIS experience, including leading projects or implementationsSupport and manage Success Factors upgrade releasesInnovative problem-solving skills and open to learning new technologiesHRIS project leadership and implementationStrong ability to complete and present root cause analysisAdvanced Excel and reporting toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration across teamsProcess-oriented mindset with attention to detailAbility to mentor and train othersPositive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities / projects by using methodologies and tools such as excel, Cherwell, etcCommitment to consistency and quality in executionLeadership qualities including initiative, accountability, innovation, and influenceAbility to interact with all levels of leadership comfortablyYour Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
