Job Summary

Are you a seasoned Benefits Manager with a passion for delivering top-tier employee benefits programs? Spectrum Staffing Group is excited to partner with a dynamic and growing organization seeking a Benefits Manager to lead their benefits strategy and execution. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping employee satisfaction and retention through innovative and competitive benefits offerings, while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive benefits position that meets both employee needs and company goals.
  • Oversee daily administration of benefits programs, ensuring smooth processes from enrollment to life event changes.
  • Leverage your Workday expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot benefits-related tasks, including open enrollment and system configurations.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for benefit offerings that align with both employee engagement and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing benefits programs within a medium to large organization.
  • Proficiency in Workday benefits configuration and administration, including reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
