A company is looking for a Healthcare Scheduler PART TIME. Key Responsibilities Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while coordinating with various stakeholders Provide patients with necessary information and instructions for their appointments and procedures Manage patient demographics and insurance information to secure authorizations and referrals Required Qualifications High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a healthcare setting Ability to effectively use technology tools for customer inquiries Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards
