The Field Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and fostering strong business relationships within our surrounding communities. This position requires a proactive, “boots on the ground” approach to identifying local opportunities, organizing and attending events, and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact sales growth.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
As an integral member of the Team, this position is responsible for :
Event Management : Organize, coordinate, and attend local events, sponsorships, and community activities to promote the brand and drive customer engagement.Brand Awareness : Implement creative strategies to raise brand visibility and awareness within targeted communities.Community Engagement : Identify and pursue opportunities in surrounding neighborhoods, schools, organizations, and businesses to increase restaurant traffic and sales.Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong business relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and partners to foster goodwill and collaboration.Sales Tracking : Monitor and analyze the percentage of sales generated from field marketing events and community engagements; provide regular reports and insights to management.Local Research : Conduct on-the-ground research to understand community needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends that can inform marketing strategies.Sales Support : Actively participate in local sales efforts, including outreach, sampling, and promotional activities to drive immediate sales results.Collaboration : Work closely with restaurant managers and the corporate marketing team to ensure alignment of local and national marketing efforts.HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED :
2+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or community relations, preferably in the restaurant or QSR industry.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Self-starter with a proactive, “boots on the ground” mentality.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or sales tracking tools a plus.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.SOME Perks & Benefits ( Based on eligibility requirements) :
