A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily banking and payment processes related to customer payroll liabilities

Resolve discrepancies from banking errors and support client Benefits services

Communicate with customers to address inquiries and maintain service quality

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role

Minimum 1 year of experience using Salesforce, HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

Minimum 1 year of experience working with benefits and payroll

Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce software
