Senior Digital Content Producer Job at Gondola in Houston

Oversee the production, shooting, and editing of long-form digital video content, including podcasts, digital content series, and Texans Radio content. This role is critical in enhancing fan engagement, expanding revenue opportunities, and optimizing content production efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end production of serial digital content, including filming, editing, post-production, and creation of promotional content clips
• Oversee podcast production, ensuring high-quality audio and video content that resonates with fans and is responsive to feedback from fans and key metrics
• Manage the Texans Radio content pipeline
• Collaborate with Digital Media Manager to execute full episodic content production process, from brainstorm and pre-production to post-production and ancillary content development
• Collaborate with the digital, social, and video production teams to maximize distribution and engagement
• Identify opportunities for sponsorship integration and other monetization strategies
• Innovate content formats and production techniques

Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Director of Digital Media and Sr. Director of Digital Media and Content Distribution.
