Summary

Rendering / BIM Manager

Per Se Group has an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled Rendering / BIM Manager to join our client’s team in New Jersey. In this hybrid (remote and onsite) role, you will work with a leading architecture design / build studio on innovative and exciting projects throughout the Tristate area. As a rendering / BIM Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead our visualization and digital design production efforts, working on complex commercial and new construction developments.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain studio-wide Revit templates, libraries, and BIM protocols to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency

Produce high-quality architectural renderings that exceed our clients’ expectations and help us win new projects

Work closely with project architects and job captains to ensure modeling accuracy and design intent

Support early-stage design with real-time visualization tools, such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and Lumion

Collaborate with consultants to ensure BIM model compatibility and data exchange

Troubleshoot model performance issues and develop workflows to optimize efficiency

Assist with graphics, diagrams, and 3D presentations as needed

Preferred experience and skills

3-6 years of architectural experience with a strong digital production portfolio that showcases your skills

Advanced proficiency in Revit is a must, along with expertise in visualization software such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino / Grasshopper a plus

Strong understanding of architectural drawing sets and design workflows

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills and prior experience with a suitable professional portfolio

The compensation range for this role is $55-$60 / hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
