Description
As the Marketing Lead at ScorePlay, you'll shape and execute our global marketing strategy to strengthen ScorePlay's position as the leading media and asset management platform for sports organizations. You'll lead and grow the marketing team, driving impactful initiatives across brand, content, events, and sales enablement to elevate visibility and growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in building our brand, amplifying awareness, and generating pipeline across North America, Europe, and APAC. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you'll ensure marketing efforts directly support our company objectives.
This role is designed for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to take ownership of a global function that combines creativity, execution, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead ScorePlay's global marketing strategy across content, branding, events (conferences and hospitality), and sales enablement to build awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate conversion.
- Refine and evolve ScorePlay's brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to local markets across North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Collaborate with executive team and department leads to align marketing priorities with ScorePlay's broader strategy.
- Develop and articulate ScorePlay's value proposition, ensuring it is clearly communicated across all internal and external channels.
- Partner with the Product team to align marketing narratives with product roadmap and customer needs.
- Oversee creation of sales and product marketing assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.) that help Sales and Customer Success teams convert and retain Enterprise clients.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (currently two members) across content, events, and communications, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
- Build and scale the team in line with ScorePlay's growth trajectory
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and results, with clear priorities and development opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives directly support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product, ensuring unified messaging and aligned objectives across teams.
- Provide strategic marketing insights and recommendations to the executive team, helping shape company priorities and growth initiatives.
- Establish clear KPIs, tracking systems, and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of marketing initiatives across brand, content, and events
- Monitor performance to optimize ROI and continuously refine strategy based on results.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spending and effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications & Skills
5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or Enterprise environments.Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate pipeline, and support sales performance.Deep understanding of brand positioning, content strategy, and event marketing.Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical ideas into clear, compelling, and accessible messaging, with strong written communication skills.Experience managing or coaching team members and collaborating effectively across departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success.Background in sports or media industries is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Why would you want this role?

Compensation : base salary range of $150,000-200,000, depending on experience
