BC / Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

Full-time permanent position

The Medical Director will be responsiblefor leading, as a dyad partner with the Mobile Practice Manager, the in-home primary care provider teams in St. Louis, MO.

The MedicalDirector will see patients in their homes up to 3 days a week alongside their provider colleagues.

Experience with managed care and / or value-based practice

Focuses on primary care and transitional care support for our highest-need patientsin their homes.

Serve as formal manager doing regular performance reviews andcheck-ins, approving paid-time-off requests, and managing miscellaneous human resourcetopics for providers in the market

A passion for the geriatric population, low-income patients and amotivation to be a part of a fast-growing organization
