Job Title : IMCU RN – Clinical Review / Auto Offer (No Interview)\n\nShift : Night Shift – 3x12-Hour Shifts\nHours : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM\nStart Date : ASAP\nContract Length : 18 weeks (No shorter contracts accepted)\n\nFacility Details\n\nUnit : Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)\n\nBeds : 24-bed unit\n\nAverage Daily Census : 20–24 patients\n\nPatient Ratio : 5 : 1 RN / patient ratio (goal is 4 : 1)\n\nFloat Requirement : May float to MedSurg based on census\n\nPediatrics : Rare, but must be comfortable taking pediatric patients\n\nHolidays : Must be available to work holidays\n\nBlocked Scheduling : Considered if requested upfront (not guaranteed)\n\nEMR : EPIC (Recent experience required)\n\nRequirements\n\nLicensure : \n\nMust have North Carolina (NC) RN License or Compact Multistate License\n\nCertifications (All Required) : \n\nBLS (Basic Life Support)\n\nACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)\n\nPALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)\n\nNIHSS (Stroke Scale Certification)\n\nExperience : \n\nMinimum 2 years of recent IMCU / Telemetry experience\n\nFirst -time travelers welcome\n\nRequired Skills\n\nTelemetry\n\nProficiency with EPIC EMR
