• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills / Experience : 2 years of ICU experience required

\n\n

Required Credentials : Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience required

\n\n

Unit / Facility Details : Medical / Surgical ICU

\n\n

Special Requests : All rto or schedule requests must be on submission- hcf will not be approving rto or schedule requests after submission

\n\n

Shift & Scheduling : Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job’s listed start date.

\n\n

Floating Requirements : \nFloating required, including to other campuses, pcu units, and ed hold.\n Floating required- travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well.

\n\n

7 days maximum time off

\n\n

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

\n\n

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

\n\n
