Position Overview

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) to support the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) program in a secure clinical setting in Crescent City, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment interventions including individual and group therapy
• Deliver services aligned with ISUDT program requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and participate in treatment planning
• Assist with transitional care planning and connect patients with community services upon release
• Evaluate patients within the context of family systems and individual biopsychosocial needs
• Develop and contribute to solution-focused treatment plans with measurable goals
• Document patient progress, recommend appropriate interventions, and coordinate discharges or transfers
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing clinical training
