Qualifications
Current LPN / LVN license in the state of Arizona (or compact license)Current CPR certificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceResponsibilities
Follow established policies, procedures, and the IDG care plan for each patientProvide nursing services, treatments, and preventive care as assignedObserve and report changes in patient condition to the RN and physicianEducate and support patients and families in home care and comfort techniquesCollaborate with the RN to evaluate patient care effectivenessMaintain accurate documentation and participate in chart auditsAttend staff meetings, IDG conferences, and in-service trainingParticipate in on-call rotations (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)Prepare equipment and materials, ensure aseptic techniques, and assist in specialized proceduresEqual Opportunity Employer
