Job descriptionAccounts Payable Specialist will process invoices utilizing a 2-way match Contact department heads for approval of invoices when necessary Accounts Payable Specialist will research and resolve discrepancies Use Microsoft Excel to organize and input data Basic Excel knowledge Prior accounts payable experience is required Accounts Payable Specialist must be detail-oriented and a team player
