User Experience Researcher Job at IT Associates in Chicago

6-12+ Month Contract Position

Location - Rosemont, IL (2-4 days a month onsite)

Our client is looking to add a UX Researcher / Designer enables change by working with our Business to define their needs and working with our teams to recommend User centric solutions. The UX Researcher will be a User Research advocate, identifying and removing roadblocks to research, and directing the research strategy for multiple enterprise products.

Responsibilities :

• Determining and implementing the best UX research methodology to use for a particular product / feature.
• Planning and conducting generative and evaluative research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
• Developing personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs.
• Create deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups and functional prototypes to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
• Oversee and contribute to screen development, based designs that align with user needs.

Qualifications :

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($65-$70). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and / or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
