Sun State is seeking an experienced Truck & Trailer Fleet Inventory Specialist to join our team!

Fleet Inventory Technician Required Education, Licenses, and Skills :
High School Diploma or Equivalent3-5 years of experience in the Commercial Transportation IndustryValid Class A CDL, required.Driving record that adheres to company standardEffective verbal and written communication skillsEfficiently manage time and prioritize tasksBasic computer skills; including Microsoft Office SuiteMechanical / Technical skills, commercial truck / trailer experience requiredFleet Inventory Technician Task and Responsibilities :
Maintain Trailer and Tractor Inventory in saleable conditionCheck-in and inspect Stock and Rental Trailers and Tractors delivered to locationDelivery / Pick up of stock and / or Rental Trailers and Tractors to customersComplete Department of Transportation Inspections and Maintain PaperworkCommunicate necessary major repairs on fleet equipment with rental / sales departmentCoordinate outside vendor repairs as needed on fleet equipmentInstall minor cosmetic items on fleet equipment (Decals, Mud Flaps, License Plates, etc)Diagnose and perform minor repairs on equipment, as needed.Adhere to Company Safety Policy and OSHA RegulationsFleet Inventory Technician Physical Requirements :
