As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication to guests. Job Schedule : Day Time

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and to maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues according to established procedures.

Assist guests and staff with directions and information while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions.

Collaborate with hotel staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
