About the Role

The company is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Worldwide Payroll to lead our global payroll initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in payroll processing across all operational regions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution that meets local, state, and international regulations.

This is a high-profile position that requires you to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Legal, and Tax teams. You will be instrumental in creating and implementing a long-term payroll strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, including M&A transitions and global operations. Your role will also involve managing vendor relationships, optimizing payroll systems, and driving technology and process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or a Master's degree is preferred, along with a professional certification in payroll management. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of global payroll experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and a proven track record managing payroll across multiple regions.

This position demands expertise in global payroll platforms, compliance, and international labor laws, as well as strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. You should be a strategic thinker, capable of driving global standardization while accommodating local requirements, and have experience leading large-scale payroll system implementations and transformations.
