About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in accounting management, technical accounting, and possess an active CPA license. This role is critical in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis :

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Direct and supervise the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions

Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare periodic forecasts

Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations

Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls

Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns

Recruit, train, and mentor accounting staff
