Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities Include :

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications :

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask

Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
