Job descriptionProgram, set up, and operate complex work on CNC equipment; manage tool wear and create standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring. Work from blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions to produce precision parts that meet tight tolerances. Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions; document results and report deviations. Troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, and make minor repairs; escalate major issues to supervision. Complete work orders, production logs, setup sheets, and material usage records accurately. Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement; attend monthly EHS training and follow PPE / safety requirements. High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years of CNC programming experience. Ability to read / interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and BOMs. Comfort with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses). Strong problem‑solving, written and verbal communication, time management, and adaptability. Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner; work within test pressures not exceeding 30,000 PSI. 2+ years in fast‑paced manufacturing operations. General computer skills : SSO, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook. Proven success programming high‑complexity parts with Mazatrol and G / M code. Equipment troubleshooting; CNC tooling; CNC programming; CNC machine repair / installation. Troubleshooting CNC machines; manual machining; blueprint reading. Excellent communication; Microsoft Excel; basic computer literacy; HS / GED; manufacturing experience. CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) — Mazak, Bridgeport, Fanuc CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) — Fanuc, Mazak CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) — Mazak CNC Lathe (5+ axis) — Mazak Manual Lathe Manual Grinder
