JOB SUMMARY
Highmark Health's Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is seeking a passionate and experienced Testing and Quality Manager to champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role will lead the transition to a "test-first" design approach, implement robust automation strategies, and drive the adoption of CI / CD practices. The incumbent will establish a comprehensive framework for linking requirements to test cases, ensuring complete coverage and accountability. As an Agile Product Owner, the incumbent will collaborate with development teams, prioritize testing activities, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps. The incumbent will also manage and develop a team of testers, leveraging their strong technical skills in test automation, CI / CD, and data quality assessment. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual with proven experience in leading and managing testing teams within an enterprise environment, deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working as a Product Owner, strong technical skills in test automation, CI / CD, and data quality assessment, excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, and a passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay Range Minimum : 92,300.00
Pay Range Maximum : 170,800.00
