Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and control costs.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications :
