Job description

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice located at in Collegeville, IN.

  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 36 hours of patient contact
  • Shared rotating call : 1 : 6
  • Average outpatient volume : patients per day
  • Telehealth offered
  • Collegial team
  • Established practice
