A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering, Enhancements / Account Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Align strategy and set team priorities that support the organization's goals
Develop the mid-term technical vision and roadmap for the team
Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a technology leadership role
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on coding
Strong background in object-oriented programming (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
Experience with systems and API development, including eventing technologies like Kafka
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent work streams
