Location : Elk Grove Village, IL

Salary : $35-45 / hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety across our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and hydraulics as needed.
• Conduct predictive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Assist in mechanical assembly and installation of equipment and machinery.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure minimal downtime in operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
