Service Plumber

Plumbing Service Technician

The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for the installation and repair of all phases of plumbing systems including but not limited to : potable water, sanitary water and vent, natural gas, and storm drainage systems in accordance with local and state plumbing and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning & clearing of sewer / storm piping.
• Perform video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.
• Perform hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer / storm piping.
• Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance and cleaning.
• Service, repair, and install all plumbing systems and piping supports per code.
• Service and repair storm drainage systems.
• Service and repair sanitary sewer systems and potable water systems.
• Service, repair, and install ejector pumps.
• Service, repair, and install gas piping.
• Identify obstructions to be avoided by inspecting structure.
• Repair and install lavatories, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters and plumbing fixtures.
• Install drinking fountains, bottle fillers and shower assemblies.
• Install and test Backflow Preventers.
• Install and test Medical Gas.
• Be able to test all plumbing systems per job specifications.
• Keep plumbing equipment and tools operational by following the manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
• Promote and perform all aspects of Company safety procedures and policies.
