Life Science Associate Partner
The Dedham Group, a leading U.S. market access oncology and specialty strategy partner, is seeking an inspiring, people-centric, passionate leader to drive our Global Market Access consulting practice. This role requires a combination of business acumen and leadership skills to effectively manage and grow the practice. It offers an exciting opportunity to build and expand a new consulting practice, supported by data and expertise from The Dedham Group and Norstella.
Key responsibilities include :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the firm's strategic vision, mission, and goals. Identify growth opportunities and assess market trends in the realm of global market access.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of services with existing clients.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives. Collaborate with clients to design and implement research projects.
- Project Oversight : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Manage project teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants with skillsets matching industry needs and trends. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Thought Leadership : Provide subject matter expertise for Global Market Access dynamic & research efforts, including stakeholder panel development, data sourcing, global access trends & commercialization needs, etc.
- Collaboration & Synergy : Collaborate with the broader Norstella business units and ecosystems to leverage our relevant data and resources to enhance our global capabilities and offerings.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
8 - 10 years' experience in global market access or similar roles focused on pharma commercializationExtensive experience consulting in global market access strategy across various client types and therapeutic areas, with deep knowledge of the global pharmaceutical landscapeStellar communication & relationship management skills that foster trust and lasting client partnerships with demonstrated capability of sourcing and maintaining a book of businessLeadership and team management experienceCollaborative team player who is driven to win as part of a team and capable of managing fast-paced activities while remaining optimisticOperates with a sense of urgency and thrives on winning through continuous improvementOperates with a high level of ethics and communicates with honesty and transparencyThe ability to consume new learnings, conceptualize and iterate behavior quicklyA clear desire to build bespoke solutions for clients, with an innovative mindsetTravel :

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
