Job Summary

The Customer Experience Intern is a critical member of our Supply Chain team! Interns are given real work experiences that will support growth and learning. This internship will start late May 2026 and continue for 10-12 weeks. In this role, the ideal candidate will drive supply chain performance improvements from Dorman through to our customers' customer. Acts as a liaison between the Customer replenishment organization, Dorman Supply Chain, and Sales to drive improvements in performance as measured by customer requirements.

Primary Duties

• Supports development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
• Learn and contribute to the setup process for new products in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
• Identify performance improvements through use of data and analytics

Support and enhance customer relationships
