DPR Construction is seeking a Commissioning Manager with at least 8+ years of experience commissioning large, technical projects, preferably those that are Mission Critical. This individual will ultimately verify and close out all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire / life safety and fire sprinkler scopes of a project. The Commissioning Manager will work closely with all members of the project team and will be responsible for the following :

• Commissioning and validation certification of project systems, including the turnover package.
• Deploying full commissioning plans for all MEP systems that identify and define the following : all test requirements, required inspections, factory start-up of major equipment, factory acceptance testing, project and vendor documentation requirements, and integrated test plans demonstrating full system operations.
• Day to Day management of the commissioning process and the commissioning team for large data center project. Use of technology; BIM360 used to track all items.
• Good understanding of fire / life safety and fire sprinkler systems and the integration of same with mechanical / electrical / building systems.
• Good understanding of test and balance requirements.
• Good understanding of direct controls installations / integration (PLC controls).
