Sr Project Manager

Job Title : Senior Project Manager IT & Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex software and product development initiatives. This role is critical in shaping project success through strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring advanced project management expertise, a strong background in IT and product development, and experience in regulated environments such as the life sciences industry.

Essential Functions

Project Planning & Execution

Assist in the creation and validation of project scope, plans, and schedules for complex initiatives.

• Define and track success metrics to ensure project goals are met.
• Select and apply appropriate standards, including delivery processes, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance requirements.

Risk Management

Identify risks that could impact program success and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.

Project Delivery

Manage the delivery process, scope, and budget of complex product development projects with minimal supervision.

Stakeholder Engagement

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Change Management

Lead change initiatives by assessing project impacts, building organizational awareness, and supporting training and transition efforts.

Continuous Improvement

Evaluate project outcomes against defined success metrics.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Required

Experience

Minimum of 8 years in software and / or product development Required
