Job descriptionFocus on fostering positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to state-specific labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with the management team to understand business objectives, identify HR needs, and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies and practices to reflect changes in legal and recommended best practices. Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on key organizational and management issues. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR team to effectively support business operations. Develop and oversee HR practices and processes covering employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance. Provide managers with tools and guidance to ensure effective coaching, counseling, career development, and appropriate disciplinary actions. Contribute to achieving organizational goals by delivering measurable HR results and outcomes as required. Requirements, Skills , and Abilities Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS), minimum four years of human resources experience preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or similar HR leadership role. Proficiency in Chinese is strongly preferred. PHR or similar HR certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
