DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversees administrative and compliance tasks requiring independent judgment, including tracking participant outcomes, attendance, and incentives; monitors program data to ensure federal grant compliance, quality standards, and progress toward performance objectives.
- Collaborates with the leadership team to create a shared collective vision and goals for the organization; participates in administrative team meetings; conducts regular team meetings that are effectively run and responsive to program needs.
- Trains, provides assistance to, and supervises program staff, interns, and partners to ensure effective and efficient services are provided to program participants.
- Prepares and presents periodic reviews of individual performance and develops training and supervision plans for program staff and volunteers; ensures supervisees register for and attend required trainings.
- Develop and coordinate program activities to build and maintain program culture, such as Transformative Leadership Circle activities, Community Action Projects, Family Celebrations, Spirit Weeks, Community Events, etc.
- Manages logistics and documentation for workshops, events, and field trips, ensuring timely completion of pre- and post-event reports for compliance and evaluation purposes.
- Ensures program participants receive services in the event of staff turnover or leave of absence.
- Conduct surveys of program impact; analyze survey results to inform the Program Manager of results and suggest appropriate changes or modifications to programming according to the data.
- Supports ongoing collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to ensure compliance with Department of Labor and YouthBuild USA requirements; monitors accuracy of data entry across all systems; and prepares quarterly and annual reports to meet funder and organizational standards.
- Create and present training on YB Policies and Procedures related to the role and responsibilities.
- Leads and coordinates restorative justice processes—including meetings, documentation, and follow-up—to address participant behavior and foster accountability; integrates restorative practices proactively to strengthen program culture.
- Supervises and mentors Care Managers and Engagement Coordinator. This includes but is not limited to :
Case Conferences to review participant progress.
Ensuring timely program exit of disengaged participants.Shadow staff and provide feedback on the use of Restorative Justice, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and other best practices for service delivery.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to provide services.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field and 2 years of experience providing service. programming, or Equivalent combination of training and experience.Spanish language skills, verbal and written preferred.Possess a current California Driver’s License, clean DMV record & adequate auto insurance.Must submit to a Department of Justice Criminal background check.Initial TB employment clearance required.BENEFITS :

The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
