Description

In addition to joining an excellent team, on-call HHA's will be eligible for a variety of benefits including a $100 stipend for completed on-call weekends and up to an additional $10 / HR in pickup bonuses. Looking for more hours? Additional shifts can be picked up on top of on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure pursuits
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers and exercise
• Assist in medication administration under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
• Record data in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) and report any changes of resident status to RN
• Perform light homemaking duties such as cleaning, cooking, etc.
• On-call duties will take place on both the Sauk Rapids and Becker Campuses
