Akeso Occupational Health is looking for an energetic full-time physical therapist with orthopedic experience to join our team!

About Us

We offer a full scope of occupational medicine services designed to help reduce healthcare costs, while minimizing lost work time and increasing employee productivity. To accomplish these goals, we are outcome focused and provide medical care on an urgent or appointment basis for occupational injuries and illnesses. We also design modified work and rehabilitation programs to enable injured employees to return to work as soon as possible.

We strive to be the best occupational health clinic in California. We currently have a consistent need for physical therapy at our Oxnard location. We provide a turnkey environment that includes a PT clinic, all equipment and supplies, and billing services. We work alongside our rehab team, physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants within our clinics along with outside surgeons to provide the best environment for our patients to return to their previous level of function quickly. We are proud of our dedicated, friendly, nurturing staff who love to come to work every morning and looking for a PT with the same attributes and desires to help us grow.

Requirements

A desirable candidate possesses the following qualities:

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of California
• Strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Familiar with EMR
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Excited to be a part of a growing company

The base salary is determined on the candidate's education, qualifications, and experience, and is subject to change based on various internal and external factors.
