Job description

Overview

Our client is looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to design and optimize landing pages tailored to global markets, with a focus on enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. This is a remote role ideally working PST hours, 9am-3pm to start. Contract length : 6 months with potential for extension. Location : Remote. Time zone : PST ideal. Hours : Approximately 30 per week, 9am-3pm ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine landing pages to maximize user engagement and conversion rates across diverse international markets.
  • Create new landing page experiences inspired by successful campaigns while updating existing pages to align with current trends.
  • Incorporate global design nuances and ensure multilingual accessibility for audiences in regions such as Japan, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze landing page performance metrics and iterate designs based on A / B testing results.
  • Maintain and leverage an established design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all landing page templates.
  • Propose data-driven ideas for optimizing landing pages and improving direct response marketing strategies.
  • Regularly review and implement minor content updates, including text adjustments and disclaimer edits.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure designs align with regional preferences and cultural considerations.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss testing insights and plan updates for landing page performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX / UI design, with a focus on landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating designs and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with A / B testing and applying results to improve design outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt designs for global markets and multilingual content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Framer.js, and JIRA.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
